1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the wira8 platform through the website wira8.onl or any related application, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the wira8 platform. Continued use of this platform following any amendments to the terms means you accept those changes.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

3. User Obligations

As a user of the wira8 platform, you agree to:

• Keep your personal information accurate and current throughout the period your account is active.
• Keep your password and login details confidential and not share that information with any other party.
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether with your knowledge or not.
• Not use any automation software, bots, scripts or other methods to exploit the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity through this platform.
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage or compromise the security or integrity of the wira8 system.
• Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction regarding the use of online gambling services.

wira8 is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your login information secure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

wira8 supports a range of secure and convenient payment methods for users in Malaysia. All transactions are processed with industry-standard security encryption.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name. wira8 does not accept third-party payments on behalf of users. Any approved withdrawal will be credited to the same payment method used during the deposit, unless stated otherwise.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

wira8 offers a range of promotional offers for registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions:

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, with a maximum bonus value of up to RM888. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

A simple example of how the wagering requirement is calculated:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → balance RM220 → wagering requirement RM120 × 20 = RM2,400
• Deposit RM1,600 → bonus RM888 → balance RM2,488 → wagering requirement RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

VIP Programme: wira8 offers a four-tier VIP programme to reward loyal users. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate:

VIP tier advancement is determined based on a user's activity and loyalty on the platform. wira8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotional programme at any time without prior notice, and wira8's decisions on all matters relating to bonuses and promotions are final.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the wira8 platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports betting and crash games, are operated in accordance with their respective game rules. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

wira8 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) for applicable games to ensure that game outcomes are fair and cannot be manipulated. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the wira8 system records are final.

• Any attempt to manipulate, hack or exploit vulnerabilities in the game software is prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or changed unless specifically stated in the relevant game rules.
• wira8 reserves the right to cancel or suspend any bet or game if there is a significant technical error or unforeseen circumstances that affect the outcome.

7. Account Termination and Restrictions

wira8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Misuse of promotions or exploitation of the bonus system.
• Attempts to disrupt the operation of the platform or other users.
• Legal compliance requirements or instructions from relevant authorities.

Users may also request to close their account voluntarily by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance in the account will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures once all verification requirements have been met.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, wira8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to:

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wira8 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the property of wira8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the wira8 platform for personal use only. Any commercial use, reproduction, modification or distribution of platform content without written permission from wira8 is strictly prohibited.

The wira8 brand, logo and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of wira8. Use of these marks without authorisation may expose the infringing party to legal action.

10. Amendments to Terms

wira8 reserves the right to change, add to or amend these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website, unless a different effective date is specified.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be updated whenever significant changes are made.

Continued use of the wira8 platform after any amendments to these terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using this platform immediately.
